Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the Conference. Students are required to upload a scanned copy (in pdf, jpg, gif or png format) of their student ID via online registration form. Those who cannot present a student ID will be required to apply as Non-Member rate and pay the balance. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.
Online pre-registration is not required. If you wish to attend only the workshops, please come directly to the registration desk on the conference site. Non-speakers are not allowed to participate in Get Together party.
Banquet is the optional and NOT included in the Registration Fee. It is not possible to apply only for banquet. Please note that seat availability of the Banquet is limited, and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Online registration for the banquet is now closed. If you wish to attend the banquet, please visit the general information desk at the venue.
