All presenters must complete the registration for OECC 2027 before the author registration deadline. Presenters are required to wear their official conference name badge at all times during the conference. Name badges can be collected at the registration desk on the first day of attendance.
All presentations should be delivered in English. Presenters are requested to carefully check the final program and confirm their assigned session, room, date, time, and presentation number before the conference.
Authors of accepted oral papers are required to present their work during the assigned oral session. The session title, room, date, time, and presentation order will be listed in the official program.

Presenters should prepare their slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format. A 16:9 widescreen format is strongly recommended. To avoid display problems, please use standard fonts or embed fonts in the presentation file.
If videos, animations, or special fonts are included, presenters should test the file in advance. Presenters should bring their presentation file on a USB flash drive. A backup copy is strongly recommended
Regular Oral Presentations are allocated 15 minutes, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
Invited Talks are allocated 30 minutes, including 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
The time allocation for Post-deadline Papers will be announced later. Session Presiders will strictly manage the schedule.
Presenters are requested to arrive at the assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Please meet the Session Presider, confirm your attendance, and check that your presentation file and display output are ready.
Each session room will be equipped with a projector or display system, microphone, presentation pointer, and conference-provided computer.
Speakers are encouraged to use the conference-provided computer. If using your own laptop, please bring the necessary power adapter and HDMI converter. MacBook users should bring their own HDMI adapter.
Please follow the assigned presentation time and the instructions of the Session Presider.
Presenters who are absent during their assigned session may be regarded as no-show presenters.
Authors of accepted poster papers should present their work during the assigned poster session. The poster number, board number, date, time, and venue will be listed in the official program. Presenters are required to stay at their assigned poster board during the scheduled poster session for discussion with participants.
The recommended maximum poster size is 0.9 m wide × 1.2 m high. Portrait format is recommended. Each poster should clearly include the paper title, author names, affiliations, paper number, objectives, methods, key results, discussion, and conclusions. Authors are encouraged to use clear figures, concise text, and readable fonts. The poster should be easy to read from a reasonable viewing distance.
Poster presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters during the designated time slots. Detailed setup and removal times will be announced in the official program. Poster boards will be marked with the corresponding paper number. Please confirm the assigned board before mounting the poster. Mounting materials will be provided by the conference. Tape, glue, or materials that may damage the poster boards are not permitted.
Electrical power, audiovisual equipment, tables, and chairs will not be provided for poster presentations. The conference secretariat is not responsible for any loss or damage to posters or related materials. Posters left after the designated removal time may be discarded.
Session Presiders are responsible for ensuring that each technical session runs smoothly and on schedule. The Organizing Committee sincerely appreciates the support of all Session Presiders for OECC 2027.

Please check in with the conference staff, confirm the session title, presentation order, speaker attendance, and presentation time allocation. If any speaker is absent or if there are technical issues, please inform the conference staff immediately.
At the beginning of the session, please briefly welcome the audience and introduce the session.
Suggested opening:
“Good morning/afternoon. Welcome to the session on [Session Title]. My name is [Name], and I will serve as the Session Presider. To keep the session on schedule, we kindly ask all speakers to follow the assigned presentation time.”
Session Presiders should strictly follow the schedule listed in the official program.

Regular Oral Presentations are allocated 15 minutes, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. The time allocation for Post-deadline Papers will be announced later.
Please give speakers clear time signals, such as 3 minutes remaining, 1 minute remaining, and time is up. If a speaker exceeds the allotted time, please politely stop the presentation or shorten the Q&A period.
Before each presentation, please introduce the speaker and paper title clearly.
Suggested introduction:
“Our next presentation is entitled [Paper Title]. The paper will be presented by [Speaker Name] from [Affiliation].” After each presentation, please invite questions from the audience. Questions should be brief, relevant, and conducted in a professional manner. If there are no questions, the Presider may ask one short question to encourage discussion.
If a speaker does not appear, please do not move the next presentation forward. The session should continue according to the original program schedule.
The remaining time may be used for discussion or a short break. Please report all no-show presentations to the conference staff after the session.
At the end of the session, please thank the speakers and audience.
Suggested closing:
“This concludes our session. On behalf of OECC 2027, I would like to thank all speakers and participants for their valuable contributions and discussion.” After the session, please inform the conference staff of any no-show presentations, major delays, equipment problems, or unexpected incidents.
All sessions should be conducted in English. Please keep the session strictly on schedule, do not change the presentation order unless necessary, and do not advance the schedule in case of no-show presentations. Please maintain a respectful and professional discussion environment.
