OECC 2027 will present Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards.

For each paper category or technical scope, one Best Paper Award and one Best Student Paper Award may be selected from the papers submitted to OECC 2027. Winners will be chosen by the Technical Program Committee. Award winners will be announced and presented with their awards during the conference.

If you meet the eligibility criteria below, please indicate your interest in being considered for the Best Student Paper Award by ticking the appropriate box on the online paper submission form.
Candidates must submit a copy of their student ID with a face photo.

ligibility criteria:

• The first author must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student.
• The first author must be 35 years old or younger as of the date of paper submission.
• The student author must apply by ticking the appropriate box on the online paper submission form.
• The student author must be registered for OECC 2027.
• The student author must be the presenter of the work at the conference.

Please note:

• No financial assistance will be provided by the conference organizers for conference registration, transportation, or accommodation.
• Post-deadline papers are not eligible for these awards.
• Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be considered for awards.
• Award recommendation rules and detailed selection procedures will be announced separately.
